I would regard this as extremely crap parking! Not only had they parked right outside the front door and not even in a space by the side of the disabled car park but they also parked covering the dropped curb that accesses the disabled car park. All because there was a little bit of rain!

I agree, this is inconsiderate, in fact about as inconsiderate as the time I bought my disabled, wheel chair bound nephew Christopher a rugby ball to go with his scrum cap.
