Why take one disabled bay when you can have two. Especially on a day when the two other disabled bay rows had been dumped with the snow cleared from the rest of the car park and were unusable.
They had no disabled permit. I looked when I passed

Very true, the snow has been bad on all of us recently. It was particularly terrible for me as I was trapped in my house for 2 days solid and forced to spend the time with the wife!
