This guy regularly parks wholly on the kerb or over the neighbours side, continually blocking the path so no one can get by! Now he has parked right in front of a roadwork sign so no one can see it!

That’s not a road sign. I remember seeing this car been "pimped" in the British version of Pimp My Ride. That’s actually a spoiler. It also has a soda stream in the boot, a Remington foot spar in the foot well and a Corby trouser press on the back seat! BIG DAWG!
